What sellers need
Missing or low-quality details keep a listing private. Bhoomi does not publish a public auction until required fields, images, declarations, pricing, EMD, and auction dates are ready.
Process
Fees
Bhoomi charges a 1% + applicable GST/taxes seller platform fee after a successful auction, unless different property-specific terms are agreed in writing before listing approval.
